Auckland Performance Tuning Ltd is the first in New Zealand to be appointed as an Authorised Unichip Agent, operating with a Dyno Dynamics, Dynamometer.
The Dynamometer will be used for horsepower upgrades to diesel and petrol vehicles, by using a product from Australia called Unichip, which is a programmable ECU that interfaces to your original computer to deliver:
- Maximum power
- Optimised drivability
- Improved throttle response
- Improved fuel economy
Unichip results are verified by before and after Dynamometer tests, measured at 100% throttle opening across the entire RPM range.
No two engines are identical. Unichip results represent the optimisation of each individual engine. Power gains of between 10-30 kw are most common.
